Company History

A trusted professional cleaning service for Colorado businesses and professionals.

Since 1995, KG Facility Solutions has been committed to offering high-quality commercial cleaning services to businesses of all sizes across Colorado’s Front Range. Wade and Deb were the pioneers who launched the company and are still running it today! We are a family run business and are certified as a Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) (DBE). 

We are a group of dedicated, experienced professionals committed to our core values of trust, integrity, and excellence. We prefer open and constant two-way contact and promise to treat every part of our services with “a sense of urgency.” Ongoing testing of new products and services improves the effectiveness and efficiency of our services and is a core viewpoint that guides all of our operations. We have maintained a very high cleaning standard thanks to our leadership team’s environmental awareness and healthcare cleaning standards.

Over the past three decades, we have expanded from a two-person company to a network of over 150 cleaning experts! We are pleased to say that despite our growth, we have continued to create successful business connections and uphold our fundamental values, routines, and practices. These connections have been crucial to our development and have provided employment possibilities for members of the local community.

We are based in Westminster, Colorado, and belong to the North Metro Chamber of Commerce, Boulder Chamber of Commerce, and Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. We enjoy working with the community and participating in charitable activities like silent and live auctions.
