Custodian – Full Time and Part Time

We are seeking an individual who possesses a proven employment record as being a hard worker, able to follow directions, detail oriented and dependable, friendly, with good communication skills and customer service.

Full Time Position: Monday-Friday Between 5AM-4PM
Part Time Weekend Position: Sat-Sun, Two 6 Hour Shifts Between 5AM-1PM
$16.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience

Position requires:

  • Custodial duties for beautiful, brand new apartment complex.
  • Cleaning of common areas including common restrooms, seating areas, lobby, decks, kitchen, etc.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, restroom cleaning, replenishing supplies, etc.
  • Must follow appropriate cleaning and lifting protocols.
$16-$18 Per Hour Based on Experience
  • Janitorial experience a plus, willing to train the qualified candidate in the Denver Area.
  • Must be able to work on your feet the majority of the day, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Qualified candidates must successfully pass a background check.
